Problem with custom FTBLite3

So I like to customize mod packs that I use to include other mods that are not in modpacks and usually I have no problems with this. But for some reason I am having a problem with tconstruct in this pack. The problem is in this pack you are supposed to be able to replace the parts in the tconstruct tools you make instead of just making new ones but for some reason my game crashes to desktop every time I place the part I want to change on the crafting table or anything else.

Here is a list of the mods in this pack any help figuring out what is wrong would be appreciated.

You're versions of IguanaTinkerTweaks [http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/223248-iguanas-tinker-tweaks/] and Tinkers Construct [http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/74072-tinkers-construct] are quite old. I suggest getting the latest versions. While your at it, update Mantle as well [http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/74924-mantle/].

try updating both Tcon and Iguana tweaks both versions your useing are massively out of date the Tcon version your using is almost 9 months old

I can not say for sure if you will need to update forge, but after updating Tinkers, Iguana, and Mantle, the game will let you know if you are missing the correct version of forge, providing no additional crashes happen. The original crash is indeed Tinkers and Iguana not being of compatible versions. You can see it happening @ line #3600 and below. On line #246, you can see FML reporting that your version Iguana requires TConstruct 1.8.1. You have TConstruct 1.6.0d40.1.

Thanks for your help after updating tconstruct, iguana, mantle, and forge everything is working fine. Updating forge was weird but someone was nice enough to supply instructions thanks google.
