Problem to install Endeavour on Hoster

I have tried to install the Endeavour Server on my Gamehoster.
But I can't use the installer, of course, on them.
So I’ve installed it on my Computer and Uploaded the files over FTP but this seems doesn't working, too.

The console of gamehoster says:
cp: cannot stat '/home/xyz/Minecraft_Forge_1_16_5/server.log': No such file or directory
FATAL ERROR, You need to run the installer. The libraries required to launch a server are missing

For any advice I am very grateful
