problem loading

when im loading up the launcher i get:

Error loading login data
adding pack 0
im using windows 7 ultimate 64bit, 4gb ram
 
In windows 7 at least, double click on the jar does launch the java application (same as the command you wrote), because the jar has been made so that it is possible.
