How can i private my ME System in 1.6.4 (Monster), is there any addional mod?

You can prevent other people from right-clicking and destroying blocks with MFFS

I'm not very familiar with MFFS, but I think you need a biometric identifier for this. Be careful as to not lock yourself out

I can never remember if Pnuematicraft is in Monster, but if it is, I've found that the security station from that works well.

is it a server where you share a base with friends and have land protection or is it a free open server without any addon protection rules? Depends on which it is and i may be able to suggest something...

It's not in Monster, but you could pull the version out of the DW20 pack.
