Private Packs

So I run a very small server, with the Monster pack, but I've made a bunch of additions and adjustments. It's annoying for me ever time I want to update anything, because I have to give everyone in the server the new files, and help them through installation, which they have a hard time with.
I'm just wondering if there's anyway FTB could (or already does?) have an option for a person to make their own private pack, and then people can just enter the code and access the pack the person has made?
For example, I could have my pack uploaded on dropbox, then anytime someone opens the FTB launcher and enters my private pack code, they would be able to download the latest version of my pack, and it would launch just like any of the other packs?
I totally understand if this isn't the kind of thing they would want to do, I'm just wondering if it's a possibility, or if it's already implemented and I just don't know about it.

I believe there is a way to do this I know there is for the technic launcher and there is the option for private pack codes but as to where to input the stuff to get it sorted so its recognised is another thing

There is a very good way but it is complicated and can be time consuming depending on what you add. You need to have all of the configs and mods you want in a download with some other things. You also MUST have permission for all the mods you need. Almost every mod allows private packs except some select few like mo'creatures.
