PowerSuit Problem

Hi there!

I just tried changing the recipes for the Modular Powersuit mod to Gregtech only, I rebooted the server but nothing changed.
Anything I did wrong?

Here is the config file:

Can you guys help me? Or do you guys know what's wrong.
I use the FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 pack on the server.
