Summary of the problem Power Flow Not Working

What is the bug? Actually for version 3.0.13
The mod "Ex Compressum" has changed their power over to "EF" from "RF" as a result it makes it harder to almost impossible to power things like the "auto hammer" and "auto sieve". In other words this brakes Sky Factory for automation on hammering and sieving anyways. Please fix this, it my favorite pack to play.

Seems to only be a problem with the solar panels from "Solar Flux Reborn" I don't know if there's a way to fix this or if it supposed to be like that.
