Portal-In-A-Box makes void worlds

Details of the issue:
Whenever I place a portal-in-a-box it only makes a void world. The first one made a thaumcraft labyrinth as it is supposed to but the last 3 ive done has only made me a void world with noth9ing in it?!​
 
It´s still not working. only thing it did was giving me a semi loaded dungeon where the mobs arent moving (had to go into creative and fly into the dungeon)

Don´t really see how it´s viable to have to travel 20 000 blocks just to get material to make the creative mana pool. . .
