Problem Point world Save to different location

Right now everything in the server is in one folder so when the .bat runs it can locate the all the different files such as banned ip's, white list, and the one i am interested in. The world save. I would like the world save to be located in a different directory than the server file. How would I point server to upload the world save form a different directory?

I've never seen this done before nor do I know why you would want to do that, so you may not find an answer to this.
