Does anybody know if there is a way to get a vanilla villager in a mod pack with minecraft comes alive Witchery and chocolate quest

Without cheating? Not sure. MCA kind of prevent regular villagers from spawning. Witchery doesn't affect the villagers spawning just adds their sleep mechanic and guards. Chocolate quest merely adds their own separate towns, you should still be able to find regular villagers.
Check the mods configs to see if you can disable the features you don't want.

I really don't know about these mods too much but If you can't find one you might still be able to convert a zombie villager like in vanilla. Possibly maybe? 
I personally disabled MCA override to villages and just used the orb to get the mca village and if you are using a server, just cheat for a couple male eggs, female eggs, and a couple guard eggs. As far as getting them without cheating, I don't really know.
