PLEASE HELP!! Server question?

Hi, i recently just created a ftb server with a couple of my friends. I was just wondering is there anyway to make the server so that no one can cheat or change their game mode or if they try a message pops up in the console or chat (even the admin). Because i don't want them to think im cheating either.

Just make sure no one is an "op".

To deop someone use /deop {player name}
where "{player name}" is the username of the player you want to deop.
You can only do this if your an op or trough the server console.
