Please help!, minecraft keeps crashes every few minutes of gameplay on singleplayer or multiplayer

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Please help!, minecraft keeps crashes every few minutes of gameplay on singleplayer or multiplayer​

FTB infinity evolved​

Details of the issue:
Every few minutes of playing FTB it begins to have some lag spikes and than an crash which returns me to the launcher, it seems to crashes mostly when i'm in my inventory or in chests, crating tables, etc..​

Reduce allocated ram, set it to 3-4gb, don't go over 4

Post new log if it crashes again.
