Please help!, minecraft keeps crashes every few minutes of gameplay on singleplayer or multiplayer​

1.4.12​
Modpack:
FTB infinity evolved​
Modpack Version:
2.5.0​

Details of the issue:
Every few minutes of playing FTB it begins to have some lag spikes and than an crash which returns me to the launcher, it seems to crashes mostly when i'm in my inventory or in chests, crating tables, etc..​
 
Reduce allocated ram, set it to 3-4gb, don't go over 4

Post new log if it crashes again.
