Picking up mass amounts of seeds?

On my private Hermitpack server, I'm in the process of making a massive wheat farm. Using farming stations from Ender IO and have hoes fed in, wheat importing to the ME System, and seeds exported to the farming stations. Problem is, the stations are picking up some seeds, but most are being left on the ground. Just ran through it and picked up 10 stacks of seeds. Am I doing something wrong for it to leave all those seeds and if so how would it be configured to pick them up?

Oh also, when the system is powered completely, I go from roughly 100fps down to 1-2fps when the seeds start piling up.

Check the inventories of the farming stations, its very likely that they're not importing their wheat fast enough into the AE system which is causing the seeds to be on the ground when the farming station right clicks the crops.

I've got the import/export busses upgraded for maximum speed now. Still doing it. Did redo one, all I'm working on till I get the problem fixed, with a bus for hoes, one for importing seeds, one for exporting seeds, and one for exporting wheat. Still seems to be leaving seeds. Everything has a channel and the majority of the build was with dense me cable other than specific connections. I feel like it's something I'm just totally missing now.

Is there a vacuum hopper in the modpack that I could add to the system to get what isn't being picked up? Just thinking.

Check your drives?
Usually if something is wrong its something simple, full drives, re-check your whole system for missing conduits.

I've just gone through and redid "most" of my ME System. The rest are remote crafting terminals so no need to bother with them. Anyway, drives are far from full. Soon as I was able, I grinded for a while and made a beyond massive storage system. Ok, so here's how I understand it should work. I should have an export connection for putting hoes in, export connection for seeds, import for wheat and import for seeds. I've got enough upgrades to use three speed upgrade cards each. Wouldn't that be right? Or would I need to use capacity cards for the seeds piped back into the system? Oh and also, each farming station has the octadic capacitor to farm a 15x15 area already.

Ok, 1st are the input slots in the farming station locked?

2nd,if they are you do not need to export seeds into the farming station, it will fill up the input slots before putting seeds in the output slots with the harvested wheat.

You are probably getting spillover because the fully upgraded export interface is trying to push in a stack of seeds every time 1 or 2 are used so the remaining 62-63 get barffed into the world.
