What is the bug? Placed a Photovoltaic cell on top of the farming station with and without an energy conduit and it is not producing power.

Farming station uses minimum 40rf/t and photovoltaic cell makes 10rf/t (at 100% efficiency) so a single photovoltaic cell would not be enough.
