PermissionsEx & Essentials Core - Having an issue with use prefix..

SOLVED!

The issue is that when I login and check that everything was setup properly I get this:

How come I get the user prefix twice?
I checked the configs but nothing

I know that the second Prefix has something to do with Essentials I use along with PermissionsEx.. but I can disable that Essentials add another one
