Problem PermGen space error.

Okay so I am new to the whole renting servers. So i rented a server from MossyCobble and I wanted to install the new Direwolf 20 pack (1.7.10). I uploaded all the files and the jar via the FTP thing. But when I start my server it says"[Server] INFO Exception in thread "Server thread" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space" then it just stops it (logs: http://pastebin.com/sPyj7cQZ). I think is has something to do with not getting enough RAM(I have 4GB of RAM to use) but I cant seem to find where to edit the ".jar.conf file" so I can allocate more RAM if needed. MossyCobble uses Multicraft as the control panel. Sorry if this a silly problem I have spent hours google the problem.
