For some reason no matter how much I mine I can't get Silver or Lead. Plus the blocks aren't in NEI. So I can't make Silver Chests or use part of Thermal Expansion. I even generated several worlds with Mystcraft and still couldn't find anything.

And yes I installed the latest Thermal Expansion.

My main Question is How do I turn on those ore generations on the server and the client?
Second this is for changing copper and tin to only spawning one type.
