Optifine won't let me open FTB!!!

I recently found out how to get Optifine onto FTB (call me stupid). I got everything to work and then I went to the performance settings and switched SOMETHING on that was off but I can't remember, then it crashed. Another thing crashed it as well but I opened it back up and fixed it, but this time I went to open it and all it did was go to a black screen! HELP ME! Was really excited and now I'm bummed!

This is what I used.
Optifine 1.4.6 HD U5. Can't remember how to say it.
FTB Yogcraft 1.0.0

Try removing Optifine (and the config) file and reinstalling it. Hopefully that should get you back to the original settings.

Thanks for the help! I got it to work by keeping my save files, deleting and reinstalling Yogcraft!
