official 1.4 map? Unlikely to happen, since minecraft updated to 1.5 and all the mod developers are working to get their mods to 1.5 as well. For FTB maps, like whizzball1 said, EE is a essential mod, and without it nearly impossible to achieve. And since there will be no more updates for the 1.4 version of EE, expect to see a new FTB map in 1.5 or maybe even later.
