Title Odd Screen Flash on modded Minecraft

Details of the issue Note: Not submitting a log as I have no clue what is causing this. If needed I will copy-paste a log.

Whenever I boot up FTB Infinity Evolved, gameplay wise and loading everything runs intended. However, upon loading, a bright saturated and corrupted version of the forge loading screen flashes in an epileptic manner. If I load up a world the colors change from red and yellow to blue and green. I did notice that after a while the bug corrected itself, but I have yet to test if loading up a world re-initiate the bug. I had a similar glitch with another non FTB modpack, but instead of the forge loading screen it only began once i clicked off of the main menu screen. If someone can tell me whats happening that would be great!

Were you using any texture packs? if so, what version are they? (ex. 1.7.10 Soartext Fanver)
If you do, maybe disable them and/or press F3+T (that is the default "Reload all textures Minecraft!" in case of texturepack bug)
