OceanBlock crash when I open "draconic evolution" in quests

I'm keep getting random crashes like every 1h-1.5h and I don't know why. It happens when I open questlog and go to "draconic". Sometime i lose my progress and its very boring to do same thing again. Here's the crashlog and "latest" https://pastebin.com/SyaUmkTL please help
