It just goes on and on and on and on, non-stop.. Second number is probably the world seed, would love to check but unfortunately this crap flooded the seed out of the server log and I do not have free access to the server.properties file. There don't seem to really be any ill effects but it is effin' annoying to not be able to see anything in the console because of this... any ideas?

Double-check someone's not running a faulty ComputerCraft program as they apparently can be programmed to output to the Java console.

Yep, I think that was it. Messed with a couple of CC files and the spam seems to have stopped. Thanks a ton!
