Nothing happening?

Hello! I'm new to the modding scene, and want to try Feed The Beast. It's just not going anywhere...

FTB Launcher version: 1.2.2

Minecraft Version: 1.4.7

Java Version: Version 7, Update 17. (1.7.0_17)

Issue: whenever I try to launch FTB, I click the "play offline" because of account merging error. I do so, it tries to load Minecraft class, and stops dead. It's been sitting, doing nothing, for slightly over an hour now. I uploaded it to pastebin, and the link is: http://pastebin.com/QJq1x568

Error logs: I'm not 100% sure what you mean by that. I apologize for my lack of knowledge here. Hopefully that's what's on pastebin.
 
Place it in a new (empty) folder on your desktop, with *no spaces* or *special characters* in the file path.
It cannot be placed in any folders containing other files/programs or in any temporary folders, including Downloads.
It needs to be placed in a folder, and cannot be placed directly on your desktop.
Change the install directory (in the options tab of the launcher) to the new location.
 
I made a new folder on my desktop, moved the FTB launcher there, and am still having the same problem..

Yeah, we did. :D

  • Follow the directions in my signature about updating Java.
    • Yours is not all the way updated.
  • When you launch FTB, go to the options tab and change the install folder to "C:\FTB" without the quotes.
 
It's not mine. I don't know it.. D: I said it migrated in an earlier post on this thread...
