Not Enough Items Item Subsets Not Working

I am playing sky factory 2.5 and I want all of the items to show up in the search area. When I go into item Subsets I cannot select some things and can only get 65 pages. Before this happened I had 187 pages. I have already closed out of the game and restarted my computer. That did nothing. Can someone please tell me how to fix this and why it's not letting me select some categories.
