No usable authlib availible!

Title No usable authlib availible!

Details of the issue On my MacBook air (HighSierra). When FTB launches, it come up with the following message:
No usable authlib availible. Please check your firewall rules and network connection. can't start minecraft without working authlib. launch button will be disabled. Then when i click on SkyFactory3 (Or any other modpack) it says "You must use Java 8 to use this pack! Minecraft 1.12.2 and below will not work for java 9. I used java 11 at first, but then switched to java 8. Even when i use the twitch launcher it doesn't work because it has the error message: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Ignoring option PermSize; support was removed in 8.0
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException: class jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders$AppClassLoader cannot be cast to class java.net.URLClassLoader (jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders$AppClassLoader and java.net.URLClassLoader are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')
at net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch.<init>(Launch.java:34)
at net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch.main(Launch.java:28)
(I don't understand that and i prefer to use the legacy launcher if possible)

So please help. i am on youtube and i promised to make SkyFactory videos in a few days!!

Technically only 20 people were expecting it, but that's 20 people that are dissapointed! :(
 
It is still using something else than java 8,

In fact just 20 individuals were expecting it, however that is 20 individuals that are dissapointed!
