No recipe for crafting LZH-Condensator

Details of the issue There simply isn't a recipe to craft an LZH. If I goto the official FTB wiki and put the items together that shapeless crafting tells me to use, no option to craft an LZH appears.

I'm kind of stuck now, as the ME Controller and Big Reactor Fuel Rods require "Pellets of RTG Fuel", which is crafted out of Plutonium from IC2 Reactor waste. Without an LZH the Reactor will explode.

Please help!
