No magical wood tools

Hi, I was wondering what mod adds the ability to make Magical Wood tools? I have Iguana Tweaks, Tinkers Construct and Extra Utilities and I've checked all of their configs and I can't find anything. Me and my friend made a modpack in 1.7.10 so maybe it's a version of the mod(s) before it was added? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need one more mod: ExtraTiC (https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/extratic). If memory serves, that was required for allowing those extra materials to be used.
