No circuit crafting recipe?

Details of the issue Recently, I've noticed that I can no longer craft any of the printed circuits for AE2 like I used to be able to. Clicking on them in NEI does nothing, and even putting in the recipe manually (certus knife on top, silicon on bottom, redstone on the sides, and gold in the middle) doesn't work. I haven't seen anyone else post about this issue, and I have no idea why this might be happening since it had been a long time (several hours, at least) since I last made printed circuits. The only thing that comes to mind is a crash I had a while back with an error involving ChickenChunks' chunkloader, but I don't know why that would affect anything (and I don't have the crash log anymore). I have tried with AE2Stuff turned both on and off, and the only other mods disabled are Ewy's Workshop and ChickenChunks.

Check to make sure the script file for AE is in the scripts folder. You can also try the commnad below to reload minetweaker. Minetweaker is what they used to provide the custom recipe for the processesors.

The AE2 script is indeed in the scripts folder, but I think I discovered the problem. When I reloaded minetweaker, I got the message: "Error executing ShapedRecipes.zs: null". So I opened up ShapedRecipes.zs, and found that none of the added recipes seem to be working, since, for example, the extreme and master infusion stones from magical crops have their original recipes rather than the ones requiring unstable ingots.

Sounds like you need to re-download the pack and replace that script file. Just to be safe you might want to backup you game saves before you do that.
