New Server(RPG Immersion), I Don't know what's wrong

When i run the ServerStart.bat from cmd i get this println: -Xms512M -xmx1G -jar ftbserver.jar 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

I currently have Java up to date; someone suggested i update it.

When i double click it normally it just pops up a command prompt and closes immediatly. any suggestions?
 
Have you got the right version of java installed (ie. 64 bit or 32bit)? If so it might be worth changing the word Java in the batch file to:- "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe"
