Bug New Launcher not loading

I've downloaded and installed the new launcher to give it a try and i'm having an issue that i haven't seen reported on the forums yet.

Most of the time when i go to launch the new application, and i get this window

and it just sits there. I've left it up and I've gone somewhere for a couple hours and its still at that screen.

Any help or ideas to try to get past this?

Issues for the app should be reported on github, guessing that's why the number of reports are less here on the forums

No worries and no need for apologies. It's a bit confusing when the old Bug report stuff is still here on the forums, we're doing a overview of this and sometime in the near future it will be more clear if searching the forums after that information.
