New hardware for FTB: Infinity

Hey guys,

I'm playing FTB: Infinity on a server and usually get up to 40fps at render distance 6, and all settings set to "faster" or "fastest" with optifine.
My rig: fx-6200, sapphire hd7770 gh edition, 8gb ram 1600mhz.

Now to my question: what would I need to upgrade to play with a texture pack and setting set to render distance <13, and fancy for everything plus maybe a shader at more than 60fps? I pretty much heard that everything is important in the web, but which of my components is too weak and what would you recommend buying?
 
I think upgrading the clock speed is a possibility
The RAM isnt that Bad
And the Graphiks.... Im a Noob Xd
