Details of the issue In an existing world. Have a working flux network (with energy available).

Place an empty capacitor, set the side's mode to input. Attach a flux point to the side. Setup the flux point to be a part of the working flux network.

The result is that no energy is transferred into the capacitor.

I am able to attach cable to existing flux plugs in the network and have energy transfer from them, but net flux points are not functioning correctly.
