Bug NEI items vanished

Hey,

my friends and me got the problem that the items vanish in NEI. My friends restarted the client and everything was fine but its not working for me, any suggestions?

Using newest DW20 1.7.10

A bit more information would be helpful.

How long does this go on for? I have had NEI not show up for a while if I have other applications running on my computer, but it eventually comes back.

Have you toggled NEI off by accident by pressing the "O" key while your inventory is open?

If it isn't any of these, I'm not sure.

delete the nei folder in the world and restart
