Windows .exe NEI doesn't show

Well, I have transferred a world/save from normal minecraft to FTB Unleashed (singleplayer). NEI doesn't show up when I go in my inventory. Is there a way of fixing it or do I need to create a new world?
Also to note is that NEI is not disabled (I checked)

It didn't work, the left side is showing up with all the utilities but not the items on the right

Utilities? Like time of day etc? If so then it would appear that you are in utility mode of NEI. In the lower left corner is an options button. Click it and choose "Recipe mode" in the option.

Could you post a console log to pastebin.com after opening your inventory to pastebin.com by clicking on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console. There might be a clue listed there. You might also want to try changing the size of the GUI in NEI. I remember some users in an older 1.4.7 pack, I believe it was Yogcraft had a similar error and that changing the GUI size fixed the problem.

I have tried changing the GUI size, it didn't help.
I didn't understand what you meant by "patebin.com" I clicked it on the log and what then?(shall I just post the link)
Also when I try and find the recipe of an item, NEI will show up now.

You might have been in search mode then. Was the part you type in the search yellow? If it was then you just need to double click on the search box again to remove the searching mode. If it was not that then yes please post that link it should be something like pastebin.com/xxxxxx

Running along side the ftb client is the console if you bring that up it has a button that says "paste my log to pastebin". Do that and post the pastebin link here.

well just take note I did notice NEI has a lag for loading the block data that may have happened to you

There was/is an issue with NEI that causes and OpenGL error that causes NEI not to show properly, if at all. Don't know how to fix it though.
