NEI Crashing modpacks on Mojang Screen

Everytime I play some sort of modpack on FTB, i get the SAME crash report. It is getting to the put of just quitting modded minecraft altogether.

P.S I saw that the Support section was inactive for like 6 months so i decided to post here to actually get a response sorry :(

Something seems to be locking the NEI config file
Have you tried restarting your computer?
 
Also, if restarting your computer does not work, try turning off your antivirus while you load the pack and play.
