Creative mode test worlds are your best friend. I don't know off the top of my head if that system will run without doing math, but I just got out of an AP AB-BC calc block so I'm really not in the mood to try. So yeah, either Google up some estimated numbers or try it out in a creative test world.

"steve's three farm's" Steve's Carts tree farm?? If so how big?? A Steve's Cart tree farm produces insane amounts of wood so you should be ok here... I wouldn't bother with the fertiliser, it's really difficult to get enough sewage when working with big tree farms for it to make much difference.

"19 furnaces", what furnaces? My personal favourite for mass charcoal is an IC2 furnace with max overclockers, a piece of charcoal a tick... Use the calculator above to work out how many furnaces you'll need.

The steam oven is also pretty awesome. It can smelt 9 items at once. It's not fast, but if you can get enough wood in it to fill the oven, it works pretty well.

Back in 1.5.2, I had 4 HP boilers running off of the output from 1 steve cart's tree farm, and I still produced way more wood than I needed. I did of course feed the wood into 50 creosote ovens to make charcoal, then ran 2 boilers off of charcoal, 1 off of the creosote oil, and another off of biofuel created by all the saplings from the farm.

My charcoal production when I set up a farm for it is all inside the cart.
Granted I basically go straight for a galgadorian hull and woodcutter. Then I shove at least 6 advanced smelters in it. One or two keeping the cart filled. The rest turning every single piece of wood to charcoal before it gets back to the cargo manager. When I did this a couple months ago... I was able to sustain... 3? Full size HP boilers I think.
