Need some help finding a mod pack or how to get a new mod pack

hi guys first post here ive got a friend that likes vanilla mc where i like modded mc im trying to find a mod pack that is close to vanilla but has tinkers construct and the twilight (not sure which mod) and definatly not geostrata or any other mod that adds nothing but decoration blocks i.e. limestone, marble, ect any and all help would be appreciated
