Need Help With TE5

i wanted to try out some new dynamos so i started messing with the reactant dynamos and i wanted more rf output so i made a bunch of of specializations for them but now i have no idea how to run them anymore all i wanted to know is what is considered a elemental reaction what kind of liquid and caatalyst should i even be using
Edit: i cant even seem to find anything on youtube or wiki pages that involve anything to do with the new augment for reactant dynamo's

Do you have JEI installed? If you do, you can look it up in there. I believe its mostly one of the "rotheums" and another "rotheum" in its liquid form.
