Need help with making a mod pack / getting mods to work.

So i'm making a spin of a FTB mod pack, and i'm trying to get Thaumcraft (4.2.2.0) and baubles to work. But it keeps coming up with the error, "CB'S DepLoader was unable to download required library Baubles-1.7.10-1.0.1.10.jar Check your internet connection and try restarting or download manually from (insert not working drop box link here) and put it in your mods folder." I have baubles installed and it still comes up with this error message. Any help?
