Need Help Creating a Mystcraft World

I am not the best at creating stable Mystcraft worlds, but would like to make a quarry world. So can someone please help me create a Quarry world?
Here are Some preferences that I would like in the world:
Mushroom island biome
Bright lighting
Eternal Daylight
Other than that I am fine with anything else. I'm pretty sure I have every mystcraft page, and of course I would like it to be a flat world because I am going to quarry in it. Thanks for your help.

I would actually like someone to write an age for me. No matter how many times I try to make an age it is usually unstable. But thank you for the age writing info.

If you keep getting unstable worlds it is because you leave categories empty. If you specify something in every category you are far more likely to get a stable world(but depending on version not guaranteed).
