Mysterious crash error...

So upon loading my survival mindcrack modpack world, it crashes and tells me there was a problem loading an entity at 250, 65, 370 (Me!) and i do not know why this is. on top of that, it has not been rendering chunks properly and crashes randomly (i have a file of the chash log attatched to this)
