Do Mystcraft ages follow Thermal expansions Ore tweaks?

Because since FTB decided to change the tin generation rates in the mindcrack pack to increase the spawn of tin ( the fact that they did this is proof that they were to low) What am i supposed to do about my world now..

Make a whole new world... Or fly 1,000s of meters away from my base to generate new chunks, strain my server more and move my base..

I'm trying to avoid that headache so do mystcraft ages follow the ore generation tweaks in TE so I can just make a new age and mine there? Or does Mystcraft use its own Ore generation rules?

Thanks..

I think mystcraft generates the ores from all active mods, ignoring config files. Something about not being able to read other mods config files or something.

So you'll find tin from IC2 too, so that will need reprocessing to TE tin.

Of course, I may be wrong :D

Best thing to do is make a new single player world as creative, go age hopping and see what you find.

Easy way to find out, go creative and make a flat dense ore world and drop a few BC quarries and see what comes out. Make sure to run them off of max output energy cells so they go blazing fast.
