Mystcraft DW20 (update from today) Notebook doesn't contain any pages

Hello,

I am trying to create a world in creative, and gave myself a notebook through:

/give
Creative inventory
NEI

None of the 3 contain the pages, they all appear empty. Now, my map is dependant on mystcraft ages. Is there a way to get a prefilled book?
 
From http://binarymage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=709: There are two notebooks in the creative menu (specifically, in the new Mystcraft category). One is a regular blank notebook and the other is a special one called Creative Spawned Notebook which has all the pages in it. You can also go to the second Mystcraft category in the Creative menu and spawn each of the pages individually if you like.

Check to see if that works.
 
I partially encountered this issue yesterday. I think you need to use the REAL creative menu, and not NEI - because I don't think NEI can see the "creative notebook" even if you're in creative mode.
