Get a writing desk and a notebook first of all. After that, keep going to random ages using descriptive books until you find one with dense ores. You can tell if it has dense ores by using the writin desk.
Place the notebook in the left slot of the writing desk. And put the descriptive book that you think has dense ores on the right. If that age does have dense ores, you will be able to see the symbol under the "world modifiers" tab.

I found it after about 30 ages but that seems pretty lucky , most people have had to do alot more ages than i did.
