I've been trying for a few hours to make the specific age I want to base in but I can't figure it out even with guides, so can anyone take my input and give me the necessary order to make my age?

I want to have large skyland islands which are all twilight forest biome, with it always being exactly between day and night so that you can see the sun and moon, crystal formations, and I got lucky once and had wooden tendrils that looked like roots coming out from under the islands so maybe that if it's possible.
