My world ins't loading

So one day I played moded minecraft in my single player world. My computer crashed it crashes rarely.
so i then went to my modded singlplayer world and wanted to playit but i can't join i am stuck on loading screen when it says :''Loading world" and "Building Terrain" and it's stuck till i force close the Minecraft.
