My Railcraft Tank isn't working.

I was creating a railcraft tank, 4*4*4, and I couldn't get it to work. I have iron tank walls on all edges and corners, and I have iron tank gauges on all the sides except one, where I have the Iron Tank valve. I don't know the indicator if it has started working as a multiblock structure, but I've tried pumping liquid into it without any success
