It's crashed from time to time, but it's starting to get a bit annoying, so I figured it's time to figure out whats wrong. At first I just thought my graphics was was going bad, but I'm not sure. Here is a image of the crash. I'm new to all of this, so I'm not sure what part of the crash you need to see in order to tell me what the problem is.

Sorry if I don't provide enough information, or the post seems a bit unorganized. This is only my 2nd time visiting he forums, 1st time posting in the forums.
