My FTB Ultimate keeps crashing Mid-game

My ftb crashes continuously and sometimes instantly when I join servers The window for FTB changes to a white and no longer responds, AKA crashes

The error file used to appear but now it doesn't


What can I do to fix it from crashing?
 
First try adding more ram
then if that wont work try updating java
if that work work back up your saves a deleat ftb files and re install.
then if that wont work try a different mod pack.
then if that wont work ask some one else.
what they say wont work play vanilla.
ps. If you dont have more than 1gb of ram forget it :P
