multiblock warning spam on server... not sure what it is

I am getting a warning that keeps spamming across my console in McMyAdmin.... the number continually changes (ie 1092544)
the warning below...
[WARNING] MultiBlock already removed: 1092544, server
I can't pinpoint what's the cause but since the warning appeared my CPU usage spiked and noticed lagging
any ideas what can cause this?
